If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the device in its original packaging with all included cables and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
